This is a 5 minute choreography created during composition class in New Education for Contemporary Dance. 3 lessons, 15 min rehersal. Once again a speed date process.
I ennjoy the challenge in creating something fast it makes you listen more to instincts and random impulses and trust them, even though it would be great to dig deeper into the world that was created. I would call this a representation of an idea, but that in itself creates something special, that makes it ready to meet an audience.
It was really fun working with the dancers, many laughs while having to work very effective. Crazy and also perhaps a bit akward some moments!!?!
The dance happens alot in the mimic, better video will come up soon from one of the rehersals. Wanted to post this since the audience had such a nice add to the composition.
